If you have contact with Elena in the context of coaching, training or other services offered, your personal data will be recorded. This also happens when you work for one of Elena's clients.

Which personal data

Elena processes the following personal data:

Name and address data
Payment data
Data/information regarding suitability and connection to a coaching, training, retreat or workshop
Data/information relating to the nature and course of the coaching/training and other data provided by yourself.

Purposes

Your personal data can be used for the following purposes:

All activities related to offering, registering and carrying out lessons and training.
Handling of (study) information or publications requested by you.
Execution of services and activities for business operations.
Data exchange with third parties for the purpose of carrying out the services.
Further information provision such as newsletters about current developments, new lessons, training, etc.
Evaluations for the analysis of the services and the improvement of the quality of the offer.

Retention period of personal data

The personal data processed by Elena is stored in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations. All (obtained) personal data will not be kept longer than strictly necessary for the purposes. However, it may happen that your data is kept longer to comply with a legal obligation. An example of this is accounting. The legal requirement is that data is kept for 7 years after a fiscal year.

Disclosure to third parties

Elena does not provide your information to other third parties, unless Elena is obliged to do so by law. In this regard, Elena will take all reasonably possible precautions to protect the interests of its customers and website visitors.

Confidentiality

Personal data is always treated by Elena in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR. This means, among other things, that trainers, support staff and other parties involved in the implementation of Elena's activities are bound to confidentiality of the personal data they use for their work.
