Chinese Yoga


Chinese yoga is a gentle form of yoga that consists of strengthening exercises, qigong and relaxation. Qigong is similar to tai chi, but is easier to learn and focused on health. Qigong works on the energy flows in the body (meridians) and is therefore a kind of acupuncture from within.
