Yin yoga is a yoga style in which deep relaxation, mindfulness, mobility & flexibility of connective tissue come together. The poses can be challenging on both a physical and mental level. Our (Western) lifestyle is often focused on thinking, planning and being constantly busy. We spend a lot of time in our heads and don't “feel” our body as much. Yin yoga helps you to deal better with a hectic life and to feel your body (again). You will be introduced to the power of silence, finding your comfortable limit, accepting and letting go and moving from “doing mode” to “being mode”.
